The hostess provided excellent local activity recommendations. Breakfast was a good experience with a generous spread. The shower pressure was low and the room had a dated feel. It would be great for families looking for a homey atmosphere.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met needs. Overall had wonderful stay for our first visit to New Zealand. We greatly enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was fantastic with tea or coffee. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, right by Blue lake Green lake and Tarawera lake, Redwoods, friendly host, and the surrounding attractions.
